We offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy for 7 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. In case of refund, the amount will be credited within 7 days to the original payment method. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, unless the items are returned individually or from multiple orders at the same time. In such cases, a reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted per refund order. There is no reverse pickup fee for product exchanges.

- Pick-Up Attempts: Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send it back to the company address at your own expense. Reverse Pick-Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- COD Orders: For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup to your registered email address/contact number. COD orders will have shipping charge of INR 149 irrespective of cart total and delivery location.
- Return Condition: Please return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped, with all original tags and labels intact. If the products are returned in poor condition or have been clearly worn, no refund will be provided.
- Refund Processing: Allow 7 days for the return to be processed and for the amount to reflect in your bank account. Please note that refunds/bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders/online payments made on our website.
- COD Payments: Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you after standard deductions of the reverse shipment fee, which can be used for future purchases.
- Non-Refundable Items: Reward points or store credits are non-refundable. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- Customer Support: For any issues, get in touch with us at our customer support portal by sending a direct message on Instagram, writing to us, or sending a WhatsApp message. We are available Monday-Sunday between 10 am – 7 pm. All pending queries will be resolved on priority the next day.
- Order Cancellation: Cancellation of an order is only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, you can only opt for returns or exchange.
- Shipping Charges: Flat rate shipping charges of INR 100 will be applied for all orders below INR 1,999. This shipping charge is not refundable while return or exchange.
- Hygiene Standards: To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear such as boxers, briefs, and trunks. URWAN may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy applies. Please read the returns policy while making a purchase.
- Any items purchased during a sale or promotions that include free products are not eligible for returns.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
- If your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you will need to courier the product(s) to the following address at your own expense: C011, SSVR URBAN FLORA, IMMADIHALLI MAIN ROAD, KAITHOTA, WHITEFIELD, BANGALORE 560066
- Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit, and that the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the full amount will be refunded to your bank account in the case of prepaid orders, or in the form of store credit (gift card) in the case of COD orders.
- For self-shipping, we recommend using India Post, Blue Dart, and DHL. URWAN will not accept any damages to the products caused by using other courier services, which may result in the rejection of your refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
- Bank account details provided by the customer are final, and any errors in the provided details are not the responsibility of the brand.
- If you receive an SMS or email indicating that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours.
- Customers are obligated to take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession. This includes all product instructions, documents, and wrappings, ensuring the product(s) are returned in the same condition as received.
- If a customer believes the product does not meet standards upon delivery, they should promptly contact us via Instagram DM on WhatsApp with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products. The customer will then receive further instructions.
- Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 working days from the day we confirm to the customer via email that they are entitled to a refund.
