Yes, COD is available for orders below INR 1500 on all serviceable pin codes.
1.Raise a return/exchange request for your order by going to the “Order” page.
2. Submit the required details as prompted.
3. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return/exchange.
Please note that the return/exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we will contact you to confirm your request. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original packing and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
All Returns are charged at INR 100 per order as return handling fees at the time of refund. For exchange there are no returns handling fees up to 2 times. Post that INR 100 per order will be charged as return handling fee.
Orders usually take 2-5 working days to reach metro and tier I cities. However, for some pin codes, it might take longer. In case of a delay, please get in touch with us.
You will receive a confirmation email and phone notification once your order is placed. We will also notify you when it is dispatched from our warehouse.

We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all COD orders.
Currently, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it via WhatsApp. You can also cancel the order by clicking the cancel order button in the order confirmation message.
If you receive a damaged/defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and email us a photograph of the damaged/defective product. If you fail to notify us, the return might not be processed.

Once the product(s) reach us and pass the QC, the refund in the form of store credit will be sent to the registered email and WhatsApp number.
